Waseem Younus
Waseem Younus holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and brings over three decades of diverse business experience. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, he began working alongside his father in the real estate and construction sectors across Karachi and various regions of Sindh while pursuing his academic studies.
Over the past 30+ years, he has built extensive expertise across multiple industries, including real estate development, construction, mining and crushing operations, and road infrastructure projects. His broad industry knowledge, combined with strong leadership and operational capabilities, has contributed significantly to the growth and success of the businesses under his management.
As Managing Partner, Waseem Younus oversees the strategic planning, sales, and development of projects, ensuring their successful execution in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, and organizational objectives.

Abdul Jabbar
Abdul Jabbar is a seasoned real estate and construction professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in property sales, project development, client relations, and construction management.
He has successfully overseen the sales and development activities of prominent residential projects, including Sana Gardens and Sana Heavens, contributing significantly to their growth and market success. His strong understanding of the real estate sector, combined with his hands-on approach to project execution, has enabled him to deliver value across all stages of development.
Currently, Abdul Jabbar plays a key role in the sales and development of Smart Villas, where he is focused on driving project growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of the development in line with the highest quality standards.

Nadeem Younus
Nadeem Younus is a Fellow Chartered Accountant who completed his professional training with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Pakistan, following his undergraduate studies at the University of Cambridge. With over 30 years of professional experience, including five years of articleshipat PwC, he has developed extensive expertise in auditing, financial advisory, taxation, corporate governance, and strategic consulting.
During his tenure at PwC, he provided audit and consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients. He subsequently established D Consulting (Pvt) Limited, through which he has advised organizations across a broad range of industries, including banking, textiles, freight forwarding, renewable energy, mining, and telecommunications.
In addition to his consulting practice, Nadeem served as Chief Financial Officer – Asia Region for Kaymu, the e-commerce venture of Rocket Internet, which later evolved into Daraz, one of South Asia’s leading online marketplaces. In this role, he played a key part in financial management, business expansion, and operational development across multiple markets in the region.
Currently, as Director Finance & Development at Oud Properties, Nadeem oversees the financial, taxation, legal, and development functions of Oud Residency. His leadership ensures sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of the project’s strategic and development objectives.
