Lakhpati Builders & Developers traces its roots to 1970. Building on the foundation established by three founding brothers, the next generation brings renewed energy, fresh ideas, and a commitment to growth.
Led by Nadeem Younus, Waseem Younus, and Moazzum Younus, the group continues to work across event management, banquets, catering, interior design, and real estate. Its expansion into property development includes Oud Residency, Karam Villas & Residency, and Al Jannan Residency.
